The scheduling of gasoline-blending operations is an important problem in the oil refining industryonly exhibits the combinatorial nature that is intrinsic to scheduling problems, but also non-convex nonlinearbehavior, due to the blending of various materials with different quality properties.global optimization algorithm is proposed to solve a previously published continuous-time mixed-integer nonlinearscheduling model for gasoline blending.

A kind of new fuel suitable for gasoline engine is developed in this paper.The test results show that the power of engine with light oil-based fuel is close to that with gasolinestandard errors of process parameter in cylinder with light oil-based fuel are lower than that with gasolineThis proves that the light oil-based fuel has good quality and is suitable for gasoline engine.
